College Access Program (CAP)

CAP is designed to help participants prepare for college. CAP covers the application process, readiness preparation, and college selection tips. There are several CAP modules aimed at different audiences.

  • Senior CAP (for high school juniors and seniors)
  • Under CAP (for 8th, 9th, and 10th graders)
  • Parent CAP (for parents of students)
  • Adult CAP (for adult and non-traditional learners)

Learn Employment Readiness Now (LERN)

LERN is designed to help job seekers obtain suitable employment. There are three modules to the LERN program: Resume Writing workshop helps participants prepare a winning resume and other employment application materials; Interview Preparation workshop helps participants polish their interview skills; Job Success workshop helps participants learn what it takes to succeed at your new position.

E4T Internships

The E4T Internship program is our signature program designed to provide practical skills to selected participants in hopes of bridging the gap to rewarding long-term employment. Selected participants are placed as interns in a variety of businesses. In addition to real-world work experience, selected participants are also provided a stipend to cover their expenses.
